IAB Consulting Inc. was founded in 2022 in by our CEO Alexandria Luanglath. We are a privately owned sales and consulting agency in the Oakland area that strives to provide opportunity for our team and community.

Alexandria Luanglath
CEO
Alexandria Luanglath was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She’s the youngest out of three sisters, which instilled in her an art for patience and appreciation for strong relationships. These are elements she has instilled into IAB Consulting Inc., since its founding in 2022. Growing up, Alexandria was sports oriented and developed a deep fascination for basketball. This admiration for sports quickly turned into a love for team building, which inspired IAB’s formation. She attended West Texas A&M University where she studied business. Some of her favorite books are “How To Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, “Winning” by Jack Welch, and “The Infinite Game” by Simon Sinek. Her favorite music artist is “The Weeknd”.
Lexie Calderon
Recruiter
Lexie is a Sacramento State graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She's had the privilege of interning with Disney, and through that experience she was able to build relationships with people from all walks of life. Not only does she feel that she has developed tremendously in regards to her professionalism, time management, goal setting, and more, but she genuinely wakes up excited to go to work every day. She loves that she is surrounded by ambitious people who not only wants to help her develop, but lead by example by consistently developing themselves too. When she’s not spending time with her loved ones, she's traveling and learning as much as she can about the world around her. She also finds peace through dancing. She is Dominican, so she takes a lot of pride in her culture.
Alejandro Calvo
Assistant Manager
Alejandro Calvo was born and raised in San Jose, California. He Attended The Art Institute of Sacramento and studied Cinematography and Screen Writing. After the loss of the Film Program at the art institute, he decided to come back to Sacramento and started a new journey into the entrepreneur work force. Alejandro is excited for the vast opportunities offered at IAB Consulting Inc. Being able to see the exponential growth of those around him has sparked a fire within him to take full advantage of the opportunity provided at IAB. Outside of work, Alejandro is an artist. His focus is film and his other passions lie with music and painting. He also enjoys football, running track, and volleyball.
William Brown
Senior Leader
William Brown was born in Savannah, Georgia, and raised in Atlanta, where his competitive spirit and work ethic were shaped early on. Determined to build a future, William pursued higher education in radiology dedicating three years to the field after the birth of his child he relocated to California. William found the right opportunity and joined IAB Consulting Inc where his skills, discipline, and leadership flourished.
